To Buy
Retaining Fee: We charge a retaining fee of £350 prior to commencement of the search. This fee is fully deductible from the final success fee. The search lasts for a 90 day period, after which we would review the situation.
Success Fee: The fee payable on exchange of contracts is 1% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum fee of £2000), or 15% of the saving between asking price and purchase price whichever is the greater.
To Rent
Retaining Fee: We charge £200 prior to commencement of the search. The search lasts for 30 days, after which we will review the situation.
Success Fee: The fee payable is equivalent to one month's rent.
